If you're the kind of person who takes pride in leaving a home better than you found it, you know your way around both damp & mould repairs and a paintbrush, this could be a great fit. We're supporting a well-known social housing provider who needs a reliable Damp & Mould Operative who can carry out treatments and then bring the property back to life with clean, tidy, tenant-ready decorating.
What you'll be doing
Completing damp & mould treatments in tenanted properties
Carrying out prep work, making good, and repainting affected areas
Working safely and respectfully in occupied homes
Updating basic job notes and keeping to schedule
Being the friendly, professional face tenants meet on the day
What we're looking for
Experience tackling damp & mould issues in residential / social housing
Strong decorating skills - prep, make-good, and a decent finish is key
Someone who looks after their work, their tenants, and their time
A team-player who's happy working independently day-to-day
Driver's licence able to use IT tablet
