Salary £85,000 - £95,000 (OTE £180,000)
We are partnering with a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company in the data and revenue intelligence space. Their cloud-native platform enables enterprise organisations to unify and operationalise revenue data in real time.
They are hiring a Head of Sales to lead and scale the enterprise function.
This is a senior leadership role reporting to the CEO, with full ownership of revenue growth, team build-out, and go-to-market execution.
The Role
* Own and deliver new business ARR targets
* Build, lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team
* Refine GTM strategy alongside Marketing, Product and Customer Success
* Implement structured sales methodology and improve forecasting discipline
* Lead executive-level enterprise engagements
* Build scalable sales processes to support international growth
Ideal Profile
* B2B SaaS sales experience
* Experience leading enterprise sales teams
* Track record of exceeding multi-million ARR targets
* Experience selling complex SaaS, data, analytics or revenue platforms
* Credible with CRO, CFO, CDO and CIO stakeholders
* Background in scaling sales teams within high-growth or VC-backed environments
