Domiciliary Care Branch Manager Manchester (Central & North Manchester) Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the lead in launching and growing a brand-new domiciliary care service? We are seeking a driven and commercially aware Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to establish and develop our new home care service covering parts of Central and Northern Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to build a service from the ground up, shape a high-performing team, and make a real difference in the local community. About the Role As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the full setup, registration, and operational management of the new service. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, drive business growth, and deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Key responsibilities include: Leading the registration process with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)Recruiting, training, and managing care and office staffDeveloping strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and healthcare professionalsEnsuring full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislationManaging budgets, rotas, and overall branch performancePromoting the service within Central and North Manchester to drive sustainable growthMaintaining high standards of care, safeguarding, and quality assurance About You Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary careStrong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirementsProven leadership and team management skillsCommercial awareness with the ability to grow a new serviceExcellent organisational and communication skillsLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards) desirableFull UK driving licence What We Offer Salary circa £35,000 per annumThe opportunity to build and shape a new serviceSupportive senior leadership teamCareer progression opportunities How to apply?
