Your Role as a Branch Supervisor
As a Branch Supervisor at our Chester Branch, you will play a key role in:
* Supporting the Branch Manager with daily operations
* Building rapport with customers and suppliers, addressing queries, and processing orders
* Serving customers at the trade counter, providing expert advice and product knowledge
* Reconnecting with dormant customers to rebuild relationships and identify opportunities for growth
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, between 7:30 AM and 5 PM, with Saturday mornings from 8 AM to 12 noon on a rota basis.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive as our Branch Supervisor, you should have:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a trade or merchant environment
* A strong sales mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and drive growth
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a passion for building lasting relationships
