Job Purpose/ Background The EMEA TA Services team is part of Global Fund Distribution Services (GFDS) within BlackRocks Technology & Operations division and has responsibility for overseeing our Transfer Agencies across EMEA. We are seeking a Director to become part of the GFDS EMEA TA Oversight team, with responsibility for leading two oversight teams and maintaining effective relationships with our transfer agents. The role will require a wide skillset including business, technical, and regulatory knowledge, project management and execution, strategic and consultative thinking. You will be actively engaged in supporting the continued expansion of the TA Oversight teams, in parallel with the evolving regulatory environment. We are helping drive the multi-year transformation of the oversight model and working with our partners to introduce a scalable operational process. You will help with the operating model design, execution and delivery while collaborating and building strategic partnerships with business functions across BlackRock to help TA Services achieve their goals.
