About the Role

As a Client Services Helpdesk Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, managing opportunities from start to finish. You'll coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely quotations, ensure services meet contract standards, and support the onboarding of new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and log opportunities using CRM and Focal Point

Produce accurate and timely quotations and estimates

Ensure services are delivered in line with contract requirements

Liaise with service centres and subcontractors for job information

Maintain CRM records for reporting and tracking

Support Business Development Managers with KPI and MI data

Raise purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers

Assist with customer onboarding and account setup

Provide cover for team members and attend meetings/training

About You

You're a confident communicator with strong IT skills and a customer-first mindset. You're commercially aware, proactive, and experienced in sales or aftersales environments. You thrive in fast-paced settings, can juggle multiple tasks, and are comfortable using CRM systems.
