An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to work at our café, The Pavilion in Abbey Park.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a profitable, high‑quality catering and hospitality service within the café.
* Support the Café Manager in developing new products, offers, and seasonal menus.
* Train and motivate a team to ensure high standards are maintained.
* Monitor costs and sales to maximise the return from the site.
* Manage food wastage and stock ordering.
Qualifications
• Minimum NVQ level 1 in hospitality & catering and/or professional cooking.
• Proven experience within a customer‑facing role.
• Passion for good customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Shop Team Leader – Biggins Street, Loughborough: £12.30 per hour, 6.5 hours on a Sunday.
• LOROS Charity – Devonshire Square, Loughborough: £12.28 per hour – £4,150 per annum, 6.5 hours on a Sunday.
