Factory Compliance QA
Conduct, monitor and record relevant checks on all aspects of production, as directed by the Quality Manual. Highlight any non-conformances which may occur and take appropriate corrective action.
Main duties:
· To work closely with the Production teams monitoring and ensuring that all aspects of the Quality and H&S on the factory floor is adhered to.
· To ensure that C.C.Ps within the factory are being adhered to.
· To ensure paperwork in circulation is of the correct version.
· Observation of cleaning of equipment, such as veg prep cutting machines to ensure there is no cross-contamination risks.
· Observation of cleaning of equipment such as Kettles, Brat-pan, Form fill machines.
· ATP Swabbing / Positive Release of kettles, brat-pan
· Ensure Allergen Control is maintained and adhered to.
· Monitoring, policing and mentoring of foreign body control measures within the factory.
· To ensure full and effective communication between all departments and to liaise with development, technical, engineering and production.
· Viscosity / Quality checks on products at cook exit stage.
· Regular checking of the products, exit cooking temperatures, exit chilling temperatures, meet CCP tolerances.
· To ensure traceability is being conducted and deal with any traceability related issues in actual time.
· Raise internal non-conformances and concessions when required.
· Chemical Titrations as per schedule.
· To have the ability to work well with and influence operational staff on quality issues and drive forward factory standards.
