Uppingham School is seeking a highly organised and experienced administrator to play a key supporting role within our busy Admissions Department.
Each year, Uppingham welcomes around 230 new pupils, both from the UK and overseas, as boarders and day pupils. At the heart of this successful recruitment is a professional, approachable and welcoming team, committed to providing an excellent experience for families. As an Admissions Administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring that every stage of the admissions process runs smoothly, from the first enquiry to the moment a pupil arrives at the school.
This is a varied role that requires efficiency, accuracy and excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for processing applications, managing databases, preparing correspondence and documentation, assisting with enquiries and supporting admissions and outreach events. Working closely with your colleagues, you will help to deliver a seamless service that reflects the schools high standards and ensures families feel fully supported throughout their admissions journey.
