Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our milling operations. The mill is a key operational facility within Cranswick PLC, producing and distributing circa 1,400 tonnes of animal feed a week.
The Office Administrator is an important role at site supporting various functions to ensure we meet legal requirements while delivering the feed requirements of our farms. This is a great opportunity for the right person to join our fast-paced, ever-growing business with a bright future.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance and organisation of company records
* Co-ordinate with raw material suppliers for scheduled deliveries
* Processing dispatches for invoicing
* Co-ordinating sample collection for testing
* Ordering supplies and consumables
* Supporting other team members with general admin tasks as and when required
About You
* Organised and diligent
* A self-starter with a strong work ethic
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Due to the location of the office, own transport is essential
