Customer Team Leader
Location: 44 Newlands Park, Scarborough, YO12 6DJ
Pay: £13.65 per hour
Contract: 16-20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings from 6am, afternoons, late evenings until 10pm and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll lead the store team – coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, and performing various store tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.

What you’ll do
* Provide friendly, welcoming, helpful service, managing the store and handling challenging situations
* Develop your team through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture
* Ensure the store is safe, legal, and operational
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy
* Support your store manager and assist with HR processes
* Introduce new products and services, encouraging feedback
* Build relationships and support local community initiatives
