Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in York. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for daily operations, staff management, ensuring quality customer service, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. Additional tasks include assisting in training staff, handling customer complaints, and supporting the Manager in meeting sales targets and business objectives.

* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry is beneficial
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or business management are a plus
