HR Coordinator – £30,000 | Hertfordshire (4 days on site)
A Hertfordshire-based healthcare business provider is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team — a great role for someone with some HR experience, or even looking to take their first proper step into an HR career.
You’ll be part of a small, supportive HR function that plays a key role in making sure each care home runs smoothly, and all employees are onboarded, trained, and supported properly.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Helping to coordinate recruitment activity across several sites – from posting adverts and scheduling interviews to making sure all checks and paperwork are in order.
2. Supporting new starters through the onboarding process and ensuring files are complete for inspection standards.
3. Keeping HR records up to date, including training logs, reviews, and absence tracking.
4. Getting involved in a wide range of HR admin tasks — contract changes, policy updates, leaver documentation and payroll coordination.
5. Playing a part in maintaining compliance standards and helping prepare for audits.
6. Supporting with visa documentation and general employee queries when needed.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll learn the full HR cycle and gain experience across recruitment, compliance and people operations.
Location: Hertfordshire (4 days on site, 1 from home)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Driving licence required (occasional travel between sites)
