Job Description
* Respond to customer queries and requests through phone and email in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the internal system accordingly.
* Assist in scheduling and planning service appointments.
* Monitor and prioritise the helpdesk queue to ensure smooth operations.
* Generate reports and provide updates to the management team as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Helpdesk Administrator should have:
* Previous experience in customer service or helpdesk roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software for reporting.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise work efficiently.
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
