About the Role
To support our Show Home team by helping achieve sales targets. You'll follow up on enquiries, oversee our client database, manage administrative tasks, build relationships with new and existing customers, and contribute to marketing and sales activities to help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks
· Keep customer and prospect information up to date in the database (ACT)
· Respond to sales enquiries by phone and email
· Help maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular communication
· Assist with finding new customers and business opportunities
· Research the market for new show homes and developments to identify potential leads
· Gather background information to help with client proposals
· Stay aware of competitor activity and share useful insights with the team
· Take part in team discussions on how to improve sales and marketing efforts
· Assist with marketing activities
· Support the preparation of sales reports and forecasts
· Join weekly meetings with colleague to review work in progress and next steps
· Work closely with project, operations, and design teams to meet client needs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
