Our client’s line chef is always looking to get involved… From prep to presentation, you work fast to wow our guests.
Key responsibilities will include:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
6. You have a number of years of relevant experience in a sous chef position.
7. Excellent knife and food preparation skills
8. Attention to detail and a passionate personality.
9. Able to work creatively in a high-paced atmosphere.
