Hr project lead - talent acquisition process and oracle system - ftc 12 months

Offer description

Canon Europe is seeking a candidate to lead the implementation of V2 of Oracle RMS (Recruitment Management System), integrated with Oracle HCM's Onboarding module, from the HR Center of Excellence perspective, in collaboration with the Digital HR Team. This role is key to modernizing talent acquisition and onboarding processes across EMEA, ensuring seamless integration, user adoption, and alignment with business objectives.


Project Leadership & Governance

* Act as the main HR Center of Excellence contact for the design and implementation of Oracle RMS V2 and HCM Onboarding module.
* Define and track project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with the HR Digital Team.
* Ensure compliance with governance and data protection standards.


Stakeholder Engagement

* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Digital HR Team, internal IT, and external vendors.
* Conduct workshops, demos, and training to support change management.


System Implementation & Integration

* Support system configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle RMS and Onboarding tools.
* Assist with integration with existing Oracle HCM modules and third-party systems.
* Support the implementation of updated TA policies and facilitate best practice sharing across countries.


Process Optimization

* Analyze and redesign recruitment and onboarding workflows.
* Leverage automation and analytics to improve efficiency and user experience.


Reporting & Analytics

* Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and user adoption.
* Provide insights to HR leadership.


Candidate Profile

* Experience with onboarding within Oracle.
* Project management and system integration skills.
* Fluent in English.
* Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural team across multiple locations.
* Attention to detail, highly organized, proactive, and independent.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to perform under pressure and produce high-quality work.
