A client of Henderson Scott is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our growing commercial team, focused on delivering high-performance groundwork and shoring solutions across the Yorkshire region.

This is a field-based, client-facing role ideal for a hunter-style salesperson who thrives on developing new business, building relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
* Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
* Service existing clients
* Effectively demonstrate product line
* Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
* 2+ years experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
* Experience selling technical/structural construction products for hire/rental is required if you dont have experience selling formwork/groundworks
* Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
