We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Plumber to join our dedicated Building Safety and Compliance team. At Magna, our vision is to create great homes together. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop skills and advance your career in Plumbing and Heating as an Apprentice Plumber – Level 3. Under the supervision of experienced supervisors, you will gain hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing Plumbing and Heating Systems in areas including:
* Installation: Learn to install and service heating systems.
* Repairs: Carry out day-to-day repairs, fault finding, and troubleshooting.
* Inspection and Testing: Inspect and test installations to ensure safety and compliance, and complete relevant certification.
* College Training: Attend a day release program at a local college to enhance your theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
* Safety Training: Train in a safe environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
* Relationship Building: Develop great working relationships within a strong support network to build your confidence and skills.
What you need to be successful:
* Ability to communicate professionally, follow directions, and eagerness to learn.
* Self-driven with excellent timekeeping and attendance.
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, at C/4 grade or above.
