Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of creating, managing, and continuously improving schedules across the service
* Ensure efficient allocation of Care Professionals to meet client needs
* Proactively manage changes, cancellations, and service demands
* Plan ahead to anticipate capacity gaps and work with recruitment to address them
* Maintain continuity and consistency of care wherever possible
* Monitor scheduling performance, analyse operational data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Use operational data and reporting to support effective decision making and future planning
* Act as a central point of coordination between teams
* Support the business in balancing client demand with staff availability
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the scheduling system
* Contribute to improving processes as the business continues to grow
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
* Experience managing complex schedules in a fast-paced environment such as care, logistics, transport, workforce planning, or operations
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to use information and data to solve problems and support decision making
* Confidence in making decisions, taking ownership and balancing competing priorities
* Excellent communication skills
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset
* High attention to detail
* Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
* Comfortable working with systems, data, and scheduling software
