Fitness Manager
Awesome people are crucial to making our clubs run smoothly. Working alongside the Leisure Club Manager, you’ll ensure our clubs operate efficiently and effectively.
Your responsibilities include maintaining high customer satisfaction through excellent fitness services and leading a team of passionate fitness staff. You will:
1. Manage our team of freelance group exercise instructors to deliver top-quality classes.
2. Lead and motivate your team to excel in fitness journey delivery, vibrant classes, and personal training, while upskilling them with advanced technology like Myzone & Mywellness and professional training from brands like Les Mills, Hiit Company, and Zumba.
3. Organise and oversee all fitness operations, including coaching, managing class schedules, and maintaining high standards of service.
4. Create a positive environment that aligns with our goal of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
5. Implement cost control measures without compromising quality.
6. Ensure the fitness department operates efficiently with adequately trained staff to meet business needs and health & safety standards.
7. Assist members courteously and professionally, monitor satisfaction through feedback, and handle complaints in the absence of the Leisure Club Manager.
8. Support members and team members in achieving their goals, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
