Role Description This is a full-time field based role for a Services Engineer located mainly in the North West with some work further afield and ocassional working away. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications Field Service and Technical Support skills Troubleshooting skills Preventive Maintenance experience Customer Service skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with garage equipment is a plus Some computer knowledge needed
