We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a global organisation supporting payroll operations across the EMEA & APAC regions. As Payroll Specialist, you'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with international payroll regulations. The Payroll Specialist will manage payroll operations, reporting and compliance activities, working closely with HR and Finance to ensure efficient and accurate payroll delivery across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees
2. Process adjustments, bonuses, commissions and deductions
3. Validate payroll calculations and reconcile discrepancies
4. Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
5. Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policy
6. Prepare payroll tax filings and pension contributions
7. Produce payroll reports and analytics for Finance and HR
8. Support year-end reporting and statutory submissions
9. Act as first point of contact for payroll queries
10. Provide guidance on deductions, tax and benefits
