Marthill International Ltd are looking for a Office Administrator in Beeston, Nottingham.
This part time position is Monday to Friday 8am - 1pm
Duties:
-To Perform various clerical tasks such as typing, filing & updating website.
* Answering phone calls and greeting visitors with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
* Using Microsoft Excel, manage Office Documents.
* Provide administrative support to ensure effective operation of the office.
* Maintain an organised & tidy office environment.
Skills:
* Strong clerical skills, including typing & Excel.
* Excellent phone etiquette & communication skills.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel & other computerised systems.
* Strong organisational skills to manage office documents & tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with Office equipment & ability to Troubleshoot basic issues.
