We’re hiring a Manager of Customer Success, a brand new position that will play a pivotal role in shaping how we serve and grow our customer base moving forward. You'll report directly to our Head of Customer Experience and help take our CX efforts to the next level.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior CSM or Team Lead ready to step into their first formal management role. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, leading a small team, owning key customer relationships, and driving outcomes that deliver real business impact.
You’ll:
* Lead and support the existing CSM (with potential to grow the team).
* Manage your own portfolio of accounts, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.
* Be responsible for driving revenue through upsell and expansion opportunities.
* Shape and roll out best-in-class Customer Success processes, from onboarding to renewals.
* Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Training teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in Customer Success, with leadership or mentorship responsibility (ideally in SaaS).
* Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Strong communicator and natural relationship builder.
* Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or Custify is a bonus.
