About the Role:
As part of the expanding Insolvency team, you will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, including:
* Corporate insolvency and restructuring
* Solvent reorganisations
* Collaborating with clients on complex insolvency issues, delivering practical and tailored advice

About You:
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A qualification as a Solicitor (NQ or experienced), with some knowledge or exposure to Insolvency Law
* A background in Commercial Litigation, Commercial or Banking Law (preferred but not essential)
* A strong interest in specialising in insolvency and the ability to work on complex cases
* Excellent client care and communication skills
