Role Purpose
Deliver 1-1 and group mental health and well‑being interventions to young people aged 11‑24, support parents and carers, train professionals, and maintain the smooth operation of the mental health hub.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1-1 and group mental health interventions to young people.
* Support parents and carers with guidance and training.
* Train professionals on intervention techniques.
* Work flexibly to meet the needs of service users.
* Contribute to the smooth running of the mental health hub.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrable experience working with young people, including vulnerable or at‑risk groups.
* Experience delivering mental health interventions.
* Strong communication and training skills.
Contract & Compensation
Part‑time: 18.75 hours per week. Upon successful probation, eligible for the 4 Day Week programme (20% fewer hours without salary decrease). Fixed contract until 01/04/2027. Salary: £26,227.50 per annum pro rata. Location: Blackburn with Darwen. Closing date: 10/06/2026.
