Bringing creative, production, planning and media together across a single, integrated team, we’re engineered for pace, efficiency and standout quality. A bit about the role Reporting to the Senior Campaign and Content Manager, as the Influencer Marketing Manager you will take ownership of delivering influencer/creator partnership campaigns that align with The National Lottery’s mission and wider marketing goals. You’ll work across internal teams (media, content, communications, marketing, legal / compliance) to identify, manage, and evaluate influencer relationships and content. You will also keep ahead of influencer trends, regulatory compliance, and emerging platforms. Candidates must be able to travel between, and work from, our London and Watford offices three days per week as part of our hybrid working model. What you’ll be doing… Execute our influencer strategy: identify opportunities for influencer and creator partnerships that support The National Lottery brand and its games, ensuring we’re always working towards the business objectives. Alongside our agency partner, source, engage, negotiate with, and manage influencers/creators (including micro, macro, ambassadors) across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Manage the day-to-day relationship with our Influencer Marketing Agency. Collaborate with Creative Hub. content, Paid Social, Consumer Comms, and Brand teams to ensure influencer-led content is aligned with campaign creative, messaging, brand values, and regulatory/compliance requirements. Oversee end-to-end campaign management: briefing, contracting, production oversight, content approval, scheduling, distribution. Monitor budgets, cost-effectiveness, manage contracts, payments, and ensure value is delivered. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion, sentiment, ROI), using insights to optimise future campaigns. Maintain and grow a network of influencers/creators; build long-term relationships. Keep up to date with trends, platform changes, content formats, influencer / creator culture, and legal/regulatory best practice (Advertising Standards, CMA, ASA etc.). Ensure all influencer content meets legal and regulatory standards (transparency, disclosures). Aid with media partnerships integration: ensuring influencers work cohesively with broader media/advertising spend and media partners. Support with monitoring and managing content use rights, licensing / copyright issues. What experience we’re looking for… Experienced operator within influencer/creator marketing (in-house, agency, or platform). Experienced working with big brands within Retail, FMCG, Telco, Gambling or Entertainment sectors. Solid understanding of influencer landscape in the UK: platforms, creator types, trends. Strong project management skills: able to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of regulatory environment for advertising/influencer content in the UK (ASA, Advertising Codes etc.). Analytical mindset: comfortable setting KPIs, tracking performance, interpreting metrics, using insights to inform decisions. Strong communication skills. both written and verbal. Creative thinking: ability to generate fresh ideas, content formats, campaign concepts. Organised, detail-oriented, able to manage budgets and contracts properly. Familiarity with influencer tools / platforms (e.g. influencer discovery, outreach, performance tracking tools) desirable. Motivated self-starter, comfortable working in an evolving environment. Passion for storytelling and understanding of how media/influencer content can amplify community impact. Strong ethics / integrity, particularly around transparency / compliance. A team player who collaborates well across departments.
