My client are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently.
Duties
* Manage office operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
* Handle incoming calls and respond to tenant inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
* Perform data entry tasks related to tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
* Assist in upselling property services to tenants, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
* Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of tenant issues and requests.
* Prepare reports on property performance and occupancy rates as required by management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of service.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management or a related field.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in data entry with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
