Location: Crawley & surrounding areas
Contract: Full‑Time / Part‑Time — flexible start dates
Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110
Hours: School hours (08:30 – 15:30)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting teachers with lessons, activities, and classroom routines
* Helping pupils one‑to‑one or in small groups
* Creating a calm, inclusive and encouraging learning environment
* Assisting pupils with additional needs and adapting to different learning styles
* Promoting positive behaviour and active participation
* Working collaboratively with teachers and staff to support pupil progress
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children (any age group welcomed)
* A patient, supportive, and flexible approach
* Confidence working with pupils who have a range of needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
