About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Team Leader to join our Filling Department in Brandon. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing a small team of Operators during the weekend shift, ensuring production lines run efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of quality and output.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Operators to achieve production targets.
Operate production machinery and carry out equipment changeovers.
Monitor line performance and respond promptly to any issues or breakdowns.
Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and GMP standards.
Accurately complete shift handovers, production reports, and quality checks.
Provide coaching and training to develop team performance and flexibility.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a production or machine operator role, ideally with some leadership responsibility.
Strong technical understanding of production equipment and processes.
Awareness of Health & Safety and GMP requirements.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach to leadership.
