As a Regional Manager, you will develop, coach and nurture a team of Area coaches that are passionate about service and delivering the best customer experience in every interaction.
You will be focused on developing the best talent in the region, getting the most out of every individual through personal coaching and by developing a culture of praise and recognition for a job well done. You will know everything there is to know about commerciality, maximising profit, minimising loss and delivering a great guest experience through a service-first culture and lead teams with confidence and engagement. Key responsibilities include:
Leadership and Team Development:
Provide training, coaching, and support to Area Coaches and Restaurant General to excel in their roles.
Mentor and develop Area Coaches, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure adherence to operational procedures, financial targets, and customer service standards.
Oversee the management of all aspects of our KFC restaurant business, including coaching, developing, motivating, and engaging all in-store employees to create a culture to be proud of.
Sales and Profitability:
Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability across the region.
Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement effective strategies to achieve business goals.
Customer Focus:
Create a customer-focused environment that is appealing to KFCs diverse customer base.
Ensure that every customer has an outstanding experience and product by driving hospitality with heart.
