We are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work full-time in a welcoming Swansea primary school, supporting a lively Year 4/5 class. This role is ideal for someone with a strong presence, resilience, and a passion for working with children—particularly those who thrive in active, fast-paced environments. ⚽ The Role: Supporting a Year 4/5 class with a lively and energetic group of pupils Helping manage behaviour in a positive, consistent, and engaging way Building strong relationships with pupils to encourage focus and participation Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and maintaining a productive classroom environment Using activity-based strategies to channel energy constructively Ideal Candidate: We are particularly interested in candidates with a sporty or active background who can bring energy, structure, and enthusiasm to the classroom.
