Key Responsibilities: * Performing planned and reactive maintenance on food production and packaging machinery. * Electrical fault-finding and repairs on motors, sensors, panels, and control systems. * Supporting breakdown response and working to reduce downtime. * Working alongside mechanical engineers to ensure smooth operation of the entire site. * Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance. Candidate Requirements: * Proven experience as an electrical bias maintenance engineer within the food or FMCG sector. * Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, including 3-phase motors, control panels, and PLCs. * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. * Recognised electrical qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, HNC). * A flexible and proactive attitude with a strong team ethic.
