Salary: £42,000 - 59,000 per year Requirements: At least 4 years experience in a technology or security role, including Microsoft technologies Experience in securing systems by deploying patches and antivirus/antimalware/EDR solutions Familiarity with networks: switches, firewalls, wireless access points Proficient in toolsets such as vulnerability management, SIEM, PAM, IDS/IPS, or DLP platforms Well-versed in Microsoft, Linux, and macOS operating systems Self-motivated with a passion for understanding root causes and their impact on ESOs success Desirable: Experience or certifications in Microsoft Defender suite, Zscaler product suite, Tenable, NinjaOne Experience or certifications in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 suite, Defender suite, Microsoft Sentinel, Privileged Identity Management, Purview Responsibilities: Triaging and actioning alerts/incidents generated by internal security tools and external data sources Running security incidents through to resolution, prioritizing response and containment, and liaising with stakeholders Ensuring controls are successfully deployed and healthy across our technology estate Handling identity and access management requests related to privilege management and systems access Assisting with the vulnerability management program across the organization Helping deliver identity lifecycle governance, process, and compliance reporting Creating policies and procedures for responding to alerts, events, and incidents Monitoring the security compliance of systems Assisting ESO colleagues with security inquiries Collaborating cross-team to impart expertise across the organization Working closely with our technology teams on security issues Technologies: Azure Linux macOS Microsoft 365 Security Office 365 Cloud More: At ESO, our teams are growing, and we are building an industry-leading cybersecurity team in Belfast to protect our customers and data.
