1 Month Contract with a Local Authority
Summary
* The role involves providing high-quality business support, management information, and administrative functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the service. The postholder will support financial processes, data management, reporting, communication, and general administrative duties across the service area.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for internal teams, providing information, guidance, and resolving queries.
* Communicate effectively with partner agencies, colleagues, and management to support service delivery.
* Arrange meetings, take accurate minutes, record decisions, and complete associated follow-up actions.
* Provide general administrative support and assist with service projects when required.
Requirements
* Previous administrative or financial experience within an office environment.
* Experience taking accurate minutes in meetings.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Experience processing payments or handling financial information.
* Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent), or substantial relevant administrative experience.

* Working hours: 37 hours per week
* Fully remote
* Bi-weekly payment schedule
