The next few years will be an incredibly exciting time to join the business Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual to join the Quality and Technical Team. You will be the project manager and technical lead on a number of different projects, ranging from completely new innovation in liquid and packaging to expanding our supply chain footprint with new manufacturing lines. You will be a proactive and confident project manager, with excellent communication skills, a clear sense of timescales and urgency to effectively lead and manage projects from brief to launch. You will be working with cross functional teams to support the delivery of projects managing and implementing the technical work streams, budget and schedule to ensure projects stay on track. The role is collaborative with exposure to multiple aspects of the business via the cross functional team, with the Technical Project Manager being ultimately responsible for delivery of the projects on time and in full. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for being the technical lead on the commissioning of new production lines and flawless delivery of innovation and existing product development projects as well as product (liquid and packaging) and process improvement initiatives. Effectively project manage all technical aspects of the project, creating and managing the project timeline, critical path and budget as well as generating risk mitigation plans and communicating status reports and escalating critical issues. Coordinating and facilitating project meetings including kick-off meetings, project team meetings, risk assessments, lessons learned, post launch reviews and additional meetings as required. Ensuring cross-functional collaboration and effectively forming partnerships with stakeholders providing proactive communication on project status and activities. Actively managing technical risk by proactively identifying risks, developing mitigation plans and implementing corrective action when necessary. Designing and developing testing plans tailored to the project requirements and meeting business deliverables. Working with suppliers to develop fit for purpose technical solutions. Arranging and completing trials, assessing data to faciliate informed recommendations and decisions Developing standard practices, ways of working and processes across Supply Chain and NPD with proactive management of business and project KPIs. Ensuring adherence to company, CSR, retailer, H&S and food safety policies Requirements Educated to Degree level - Science or Engineering background Ideally 5 years experience in FMCG or food/drink manufacturing project management Preferably project management and/or packaging diploma certified Flexibility to travel within the UK/Europe Skills required: Track record of delivery of new product technical development from concept to commercialisation driving cross functional teams Great relationship management skills with strong influencing, facilitation and negotiation Ability to self-manage resource with leadership and management experience and personal accountability for results Technical knowledge of product and packaging development, quality systems and legislation with a high level of accuracy Excellent eye for detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines Excellent communication skills and abilities in stakeholder management Ability to present information in a rational, structured and concise manner Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Why Fever-Tree?
