Dryliner (Eastleigh)
As a specialist recruitment partner, we are seeking a skilled Dryliner on behalf of our client, a reputable contractor delivering both residential and commercial fit-out projects across Hampshire. This role is based on-site in Eastleigh and offers the opportunity to join a collaborative team committed to excellence in internal lining solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications to plan drylining installations
Fit plasterboard, dot-and-dab systems, moisture-resistant boards, and fire-rated linings
Apply jointing tape and multi-coat skim finishes to achieve seamless surfaces
Adhere to all health, safety, and quality standards throughout each phase of work
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure productivity and compliance
Coordinate with site supervisors, trades colleagues, and clients to resolve on-site challenges
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years' demonstrable experience as a Dryliner or similar trade
Valid CSCS card or equivalent recognised qualification
Strong knowledge of modern lining systems and finishing methods
Capable of working at height and maintaining high physical fitness standards
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
A reliable, team-oriented professional with a proactive mindset
