Job Description Lead Civil Engineer - Infrastructure (Water/Wastewater) Salary:

We are looking for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and shape engineering standards across various clean water and water recycling projects. Be the technical expert ensuring design quality and compliance. Review civil and pipeline designs (drawings, models, calculations) for water/wastewater projects. Support and mentor engineering teams, lead design review meetings. Develop and improve engineering standards, and innovate design solutions. Respond to site queries and change requests to maintain design integrity. Collaborate with various teams, including Assurance Lead Engineers, throughout project milestones. Apply risk management principles to all designs. Undertake site visits as needed. What you'll bring:
Significant experience as a senior civil/infrastructure engineer, especially in the water/wastewater sector. Technical knowledge in potable and wastewater pipeline design, including sewerage systems, trunk water mains, and pressurized/gravity systems. Strong understanding of pipe materials, mechanical, civils, and hydraulic principles. Proven construction experience and site coordination skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Strong IT skills. Ideally, a degree in water/wastewater engineering or a related field. Benefits:
