My client on the outskirts of St Austell is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join their highly motivated kitchen team.
As a Pastry Chef, you are required to:
1. Display and demonstrate your qualities with enthusiasm.
2. Have a competent understanding of cooking fresh produce and accurately prepare and deliver food as it is meant to be served in a timely manner.
3. Assist the Chef with the ordering of specific provisions for your area.
You will also have the opportunity to have some input on the menus.
Salary of £30,300 per annum for a 45-hour working week over 5 days, plus tips and company benefits.
