Team: Community Operations
Location: South Wales
Work pattern: 35 hours per week, 9am-5om, Monday to Friday with some weekend work
and flexibility required
Salary: Up to £30,809.83 per year
Contract: Permanent
This role requires an enhanced DBS check (including the Children's Barred List).

Responsibilities of our Regional Volunteer Team Leader:
* provide high level volunteer management within a designated geographical area
* recruit, induct, train and provide ongoing support to teams of diverse volunteers
* ensure that volunteering best practice standards are applied to all aspects of volunteer management
About the Field Operations team:
1. the community operations team is responsible for supporting our volunteers in centres and branches to work towards our strategy – All for Cats.
