Role Responsibilities:
Create and edit CNC programmes
Work from engineering drawings to produce precision components
Support machine set-up and prove-out of new jobs
Select tooling and optimise programmes to improve efficiency
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
Work closely with production teams to meet deadlines
Maintain programme documentation and version control
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
The Person:
Experience working as a CNC Programmer
Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Mazak or similar)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience with offline programming beneficial but not essential
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
