Salary: £12.85 per hour (will increase after 12 weeks)

About the Role
The Customer Service Administrator will handle enquiries from customers over the telephone and via email, log issues, problem‑solve, follow procedures to resolve customer concerns, and perform administrative tasks such as updating systems and sending emails.

* Deal with enquiries from customers over the telephone and via email.
* Log issues and problem‑solve.
* Follow procedures and processes to resolve customer issues.
* Carry out administrative tasks, update systems and send emails.
Qualifications & Skills
* Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
* Efficient administration skills with good attention to detail.
* Ability to use own initiative and work with a can‑do attitude.
* Capability to remain calm under pressure.
* IT literate, including Outlook, Excel, Word.
* Flexible, willing to work occasional overtime and weekends.
