I'm looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join my clients MI (Management Information) team. This varied role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and supporting team operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Be the first point of contact for reporting issues, both internally and externally.
* Run and distribute regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
* Check reports for accuracy, investigate issues, and help fix them.
* Work with other departments to improve data processes.
* Support the MI development team with admin tasks and quality checks.
* Help manage the team inbox and respond to queries.
* Provide Excel support and help with ad hoc data requests.
* Maintain team documentation (Wiki) and assist with project tracking.
Note: This is not a developer role, but basic T-SQL training will be provided to help you understand our data systems.
What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves:
* At least 1 year of admin experience in a data/quality assurance setting
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your own workload.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Problem-solving mindset.
