We’re looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our busy B2B sales operations team. In this essential role, you'll help ensure a smooth, accurate, and efficient order journey from placement through to delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Accurately process incoming B2B sales orders via phone, email, and online platforms
* Communicate order confirmations, delivery timelines, and updates clearly to customers
* Liaise with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
* Manage returns and follow up on related queries in line with company procedures
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, stock levels, and product availability
* Support Account Managers with admin tasks, follow-ups, and client communications
* Keep internal systems and records current and accurate
* Work closely with your 5 teammates to deliver excellent customer service and support
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in a sales support, order processing, or customer service role (ideally B2B)
* Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
* Competency with Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems
* Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical work style
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to coordinate across departments
