Membership and Communities Manager London The Organisation Our client is now looking for a Membership and Communities Manager to join them on a part-time basis for a fixed term contract of two years, working either 21 (0.6FTE) or 28 (0.8FTE) hours per week. Engaging with the wider member and partner communities, you will develop our client’s practitioner network to enhance member engagement and maximise the impact of programme activities, ensuring their needs are met. You’ll develop a strategy to engage our client’s core communities in their training and professional development work, especially universities and higher education colleges. This will be achieved through regular engagement meetings, campus visits and project scoping activities, growing our client’s profile and income. Additionally, you will: - Support the development of the communications plan - Assist with growing membership and identifying new potential funding streams - Drive integration of the training and events programme with outreach projects About You To be considered as a Membership and Communities Manager, you will need: - A track record of successfully managing multiple partners - Experience of cultivating new external partnerships - Experience of co-ordinating training, professional development and/or public engagement activities or similar - Experience of producing communications outputs for external audiences - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages The closing date for this role is the 20th May 2024.
