Description
The Senior Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for:
* Lead development of Customer Cost & Value Models to support pricing, tenders, and commercial opportunities.
* Provide insightful analysis on market values, commodities, inflation and product mix.
* Strengthen forecasting, budgeting and commercial reporting.
* Challenge and support Commercial teams with clear, independent financial insight.
* Review trading agreements, promotions and low‑margin products to unlock margin improvement.
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and enhance commercial financial awareness.
Profile
* CIMA/ACCA qualified with strong modelling and analysis skills.
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
* Excellent communicator able to explain numbers simply.
* Proactive, curious, commercially minded, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
* FMCG experience (desirable).
* Willingness to travel across sites.
