1. Location: Corby
2. Position: Paint Technician (Perm)
3. Working Hours: Monday-Friday – 2x shift rotation 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
4. Salary: £21.00 per hour (Overtime and Unsociable hours at an Increased rate)
Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? You’ll work under the Workshop Shift Manager, performing minor paint repairs using SMART techniques to ensure vehicles meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Perform paint repairs and touch-ups.
6. Follow manufacturer standards for paintwork.
7. Apply water/solvent-based finishing materials.
8. Carry out masking, sanding, and colour-matching.
9. Maintain workshop tools and ensure health & safety compliance.
About you?
10. To be successful, you must be over 22 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 penalty points, and have no DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.
11. Must have 3 years experience as a Vehicle Paint sprayer and hold a relevant qualfication to paint spraying.
