Responsibilities of a Field Sales Engineer:
Managing and growing existing customer accounts
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Providing technical sales support and tooling solutions
Conducting technical presentations and customer visits
Preparing quotations and proposals
Working closely with internal engineering and sales teams
Delivering post-sales technical support and account management
The Ideal Field Sales Engineer:
Sales experience within the cutting tool industry
Proven background in technical sales
Strong understanding of machining environments
Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
