We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team at our Chester HQ.
The Role
This is a hands-on performance marketing role for someone who understands how to turn creative into measurable growth.
You’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and other social channels. You’ll also support and manage TikTok Shop activity, helping brands drive sales through paid media, affiliate content, creator amplification, and campaign optimisation.
You’ll work closely with our creative, influencer, and account teams to ensure paid media is fully connected to the wider campaign strategy.
Key Responsibilities
→ Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
→ Manage paid media budgets, pacing, performance, reporting, and optimisation
→ Build campaign structures designed around ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, traffic, lead generation, and sales performance
→ Support TikTok Shop growth strategies, including TikTok Shop Ads, GMV Max, Spark Ads, affiliate content amplification, and creator-led commerce
→ Work with creative and influencer teams to turn creator content into high-performing paid media assets
→ Analyse performance data and provide clear insights, recommendations, and next steps
→ Lead and support junior team members across campaign delivery and optimisation
→ Build reports for clients that clearly communicate performance, learnings, and commercial impact
→ Spot opportunities to improve creative, audience targeting, funnels, and overall campaign efficiency
→ Stay up to date with platform updates, paid social trends, TikTok Shop developments, and best practice across performance marketing
What We’re Looking For
→ Proven experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally across Meta and TikTok
→ Strong understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC and conversion rate
→ Experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok Shop Ads, Spark Ads, affiliate content, or creator-led commerce
→ Experience managing, mentoring, or supporting a team
→ Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
→ Confident communicator who can explain performance clearly to internal teams and clients
→ Comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment
→ Strong attention to detail and ownership over campaign performance
→ A proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and solve problems quickly
Nice to Have
→ Experience working in an agency environment
→ Experience with influencer or creator-led paid media campaigns
→ Knowledge of Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, CAPI, GA4, Shopify, or TikTok Seller Centre
→ Experience managing ecommerce or lead generation campaigns

Salary: £30,000 to £36,000 per year, depending on experience.
